Do you take walk-ins?

We keep chairs open for walk-ins on weekday mornings, but weekends are almost always fully booked. Booking through Booksy is the only way to guarantee a chair.

How do I book an appointment?

Every appointment runs through our Booksy profile. You can pick your barber — Dilz or Shyan — your service and time slot, and you'll get a reminder the day before.

Question 3

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free to cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your slot. Inside 12 hours, or a no-show, we charge 50% of the service price to the card on file.

Question 4

How often should I come in for a fade?

A skin fade looks its sharpest for around two to three weeks. Most of our regulars book every 14 to 21 days, and we can set a recurring slot for you.

Do you cut children's hair?

Yes. Book the Kid's Haircut service on Booksy and mention the age in the booking notes so we can allow extra time.

Which products do you use?

We work with Wahl, Andis, BabyLiss Pro and JRL tools, and finish with STMNT, Layrite, Reuzel and American Crew products. Everything we use is available to buy in-studio.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes — there is a parking space at the studio plus free and metered street parking along Charlton Road.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — gift cards are available in-studio and through our Booksy profile in any amount from £20.
